We always start with all-natural ingredients and Rbst free dairy.  Our ingredients include steel-cut oats, fresh whole milk, cane sugar, and sweet cream butter. From there we add a variety of natural ingredients such as fresh blueberries, apples, and pure grade A Vermont maple syrup. 

We do not have a Kosher certification and it's our top priority for this year.

No, unfortunately right now we do not have a gluten-free option available.

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once your order has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Orders may take up to 7- 10  business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.  Please allow 2-3 days for shipping and delivery.

Regular Oven or Toaster Oven 400F from frozen for 13-15 minutes or from thawed 6-7 minutes

Air Fryer instructions- 400F from frozen for 8-10 minutes or from thawed 6-7 minutes

Depending on the wattage levels of your microwave You can microwave GoOats™ for 30-60 seconds. HOWEVER for the best experience, pop them in the oven, toaster oven, or air fryer for BEST results. ENJOY!

We recommend keeping GoOats™ frozen until you're ready to heat them. Storing in the refrigerator will decrease cooking time per instructions on pouch.

When properly stored in the freezer, they will last 18 months, please reference sell-by date listed on the package.

We ship via UPS or Fedex. Product is packed with sufficient dry ice to ensure time-temperature abuse doesn’t occur. You may notice your dry ice has dissolved upon arrival. No worries! Your product will remain below 41F. Simply place them in the freezer upon receipt.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our Refunds and reships are granted on a case by case basis, within 10 days of purchase. If you feel your experience warrants a refund or reship, please contact us at hello@gooats.life.
