Return Policy 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our Refunds and Reships are granted on a case by case basis, within 10 days of purchase.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Failure to file a claim within 10 days will result in an automatic forfeiture. 

GoOats will assist with the claim process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.  Refunds and reships are granted on a case by case basis, within 30 days of purchase. If you feel your experience warrants a refund or reship, please contact us at hello@gooats.life.

P.O. Box & APO

We do not ship to P.O boxes & APO addresses.

GoOats will not be responsible for shipping orders out to undeliverable addresses and will not issue a refund or reship on orders.
