Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 7- 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can still take 7 business days, Rush orders can still take up to 3 business days to process. This is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-3 days for shipping and delivery.
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Failure to file a claim within 10 days will result in an automatic forfeiture.
If you have any issues regarding your delivery, please do not discard your order without further directives from customer service, if you decide to discard your order before communicating with a team member this will result in an automatic forfeiture. It is the discretion of GoOats to advise next steps with products.
GoOats will assist with the claim process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete. Refunds and reships are granted on a case by case basis, within 30 days of purchase. If you feel your experience warrants a refund or reship, please contact us at hello@gooats.life.
Out of Stock
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will notify you and hold shipment until your order is fully complete. Orders may take up to an additional 7- 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to be processed.
Peak Season
During “Peak Season”, Nov 15th - Jan 15th. Please allow 2- 3 weeks for orders to be processed.
